It all started when…
Growing up the son of an architect, dragged from construction site to offices and amazing structures worldwide, property and construction pumped through my veins. All the right awareness, none of the design skill.
So throughout school, I was only drawn to one thing, sport. Until I realised the chance of making money there was limited to my abilities, not my repeated dream of kicking the winning goal after the siren (for Geelong wearing the number 5). That’s when I realised the money side of life was my true passion. With focus I transformed from struggling student to thrive and at economics, maths, accounting and business management.
It was only when I was a young accountant, working on a 42 unit property development project, that two worlds began to collide: property & accounting.
The journey…
I have been extremely fortunate to work for strong and dynamic accounting businesses. With over 10 years of experience at mid-tier accounting practices a unique array of exposure, some all-nighters and great connections.
My heart rings true to family driven & emerging businesses which formed deeper by the amazing experience I gained working for a land developer (Dacland) and accounting firm (Rogerson Kenny Business Accountants).
I have also ‘walked the talk’ by successfully started up, grown and sold 3 businesses myself. The most recent of which was a boxing gym business (one of my many passions away from the boardroom).

I am a property development & construction business pundit. A seasoned commercial decision maker who guides businesses with strategy, reporting, performance and risk management.
My focus is to provide leadership level advice through specialised virtual CFO solutions. I work alongside you, within your business to ensure that you are making the best financial decisions continuously and maximising value to your business. I act as your Chief Financial Officer as a part-time CFO/outsourced CFO.
In Property & Construction my current clients range from suburban property developers, residential and commercial builders, through to integral property professionals (real estate agents, lawyers, architects, engineers, town planners, fund managers & joint venture partners).
